This demonstration program incorporates our implementations
of FaST Sliders and versions of a Control Menu and a Flow Menu
for comparison.

When running the demonstration program,
  - Use the space bar to cycle through the 3 techniques
  - Use the left mouse button to invoke each technique
Each technique involves first selecting one of eight
parameters numbered 1 through 8, and then adjusting the parameter.
