CSC 418/2504 Fall 2001 Assignment 2 Question 4

cie.cpp: skeleton code.
Makefile, Makefile.cdf: needed to compile on CDF.
cie.dsp, cie.dsw: may be used to compile with MS VC++
ciexyz.dat: CIE standard light sources, in 5-nanometer increments.

The program reads the data file ciexyz.dat, and produces a diagram on window. No user interaction occurs.
